According to the instruction of the principal sir, under the leadership of Jojo sir, it was suggested that all the students of the eighth grade of the school can be taken to the botany lab of Mar Ivanios College. They were divided into two groups and taken to the college. By 10 am we took the first batch to the college. As I studied there, I felt very happy when I met the teachers there. Joju sir introduced the teachers to the children. We were welcomed by Bindu, the teacher of Botin Department. We have shown in the lab how to prepare the specimen for cell identification. Two students from the college were there to help us. We prepared small sections from a plant stem and helped them view it under a microscope. After that all the children practiced by themselves and observed the cells. All the students did it with great interest. By 11.15 the next batch reached the college.
